Company presenter applications are now being accepted for
Ben Franklin Venture Idol
on November 16, 2010

Selected companies will have the opportunity to give their investment pitch to angel investors and institutional venture capital investors from the mid-Atlantic region. Applications will be considered for:

  • Speed Dating (as many as 16 selected companies):  2:30PM – 4:00 PM
  • Venture Idol Competition (3 selected companies): 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Networking Receptions: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM  

    When/where: November 16, 2010, Iacocca Hall, Mountaintop Campus, Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA.

    Early-stage companies throughout the 21 counties served by Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania may apply.  Click HERE for list of applicable counties.  Retail and professional services companies are not encouraged to apply.  

There is no charge to apply and no charge if selected.  All selected companies will be provided exhibit space and will be required to participate in presentation coaching prior to the event day. A cash investment will be awarded to the Venture Idol Competition winner.

Save the date- Nov. 3-4, 2010 for the ACA Leaders Workshop and Education Seminar hosted by PAN and ACA. To be held at Blank Rome's office in Philadelphia.

The Educational Seminar will address strategies and action items to generate early exits.  The Leaders Workshop will bring together angel group leaders from across the country to discuss and share best practices.

Pennsylvania Angel Network Presentation System
The Pennsylvania Angel Network (PAN) utilizes the Angelsoft technology for companies and individuals to submit an application and attach documents for review by our members and due diligence fellows. Click here to view a sample completed application.
Once approved by administrators, our members can review and discuss your information.  On behalf of the angels, PAN due diligence fellows may contact you to learn more about your company.  Companies are encouraged to keep their information updated.
In addition, companies are encouraged to contact the members of PAN directly to schedule individual angel group meetings.  PAN, as a non-profit organization does not make direct investments into companies.
